Features Stable Treated Water Quality By physically removing turbidity with UF membranes, we supply stable treated water with turbidity below 0.1 degrees. Reduced Chemical Use Coagulants and pH adjusters, which are typically required for conventional sand filtration systems, are unnecessary. This results in fewer cumbersome tasks for adjusting and replenishing chemical injection amounts, making maintenance easier. Space Saving The main unit is more compact compared to conventional sand filtration systems. Additionally, there is no need to hold a large amount of backwash water, allowing for a more compact system design. Improved Operability Equipped with a large color touch panel (8.4 inches), operability and visibility have been further enhanced compared to our previous models.

The membrane module uses UF membranes/MF membranes and does not use consumables or chemicals such as filters.

The "membrane filtration system" removes oil, ultrafine particles, and odor components from industrial water (such as cleaning solutions) that accumulates dirt daily in a single pass, maintaining cleanliness and preventing the progression of dirt over the long term. When used with 300 liters of cleaning solution, the cleaning quality remains stable over time, extending the timing for updating the cleaning solution from weekly to over six months (approximately 20 times), significantly reducing the effort and costs associated with industrial waste disposal.
